On May 16, 2025, at the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication, the International Conference "Enhancing Clarity and Research in Scientific Writing" was successfully held among PhD students in Philology. The event brought together young researchers interested in improving their scientific communication skills. PhD students actively participated in discussions, exchanging experiences and ideas on enhancing the clarity and accessibility of scientific works. Presentations dedicated to linguistic strategies and overcoming language barriers in research sparked particular interest. A significant aspect was the participation of PhD students from Uzbekistan, whose experience can contribute to the development of international cooperation. The conference also addressed issues related to the improvement of PhD programs of participating institutions. Participants from Uzbekistan expressed their readiness for collaboration and the exchange of best practices in this field. Opportunities for joint research projects and academic exchanges were discussed. The conference served as a platform for establishing new contacts and strengthening ties between young scientists from different countries. It is expected that the outcomes of the conference will positively impact the quality of scientific research and the development of PhD programs at Osh State University.
