Supporting Student Achievement

• Team-teaching to build counterpart capacity and student achievement: the heart of TEFL service

• Classroom observations and feedback by invitation

• English clubs: 3 weekly conversation clubs at INFAC by level, advanced writing club, and open conversation club at American Corner

• Holiday celebrations and student-led activities to share culture and encourage student initiative and organization

Supporting Teachers’ Professional Development

· Team-teaching, co-planning, and classroom observations and feedback

· Professional development workshops and courses: FORUM Academic Writing Course and language skills and methodological workshops co-facilitated with INFAC teachers

· FORUM Winter Camp for teachers at Чыйырчык to set professional development goals and foster inter-university cooperation
